Donor Privacy Policy

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association (“CSOA”) takes donor privacy seriously and treats all financial information about any transaction you have with the CSOA as highly confidential.
The Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association is committed to protecting our donors’ privacy. Except as noted below, CSOA will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information, however collected, with anyone else, nor will we send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. The CSOA will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information for commercial purposes.
The CSOA may disclose a donor’s personal information to third-party service providers who are contracted by CSOA to provide services. These service providers have access to the CSOA’s donor personal information only as necessary to perform services for the CSOA. Except for these listed exceptions and for required disclosures to law enforcement or other purposes specifically required by law, the CSOA does not disclose donor personal information to third parties without first obtaining their permission.
