CSO Patrons Tour
Since the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s earliest years, national and international tours have been an important part of its legacy. Patrons Tours offer special opportunities for the CSO’s dedicated supporters to attend the Orchestra’s touring performances, interact with musicians and sight-see in beautiful travel destinations.
This January, Klaus Mäkelä leads the CSO on its 66th international tour with performances in spectacular concert halls throughout Europe. Patrons will visit Hamburg and Paris alongside the Orchestra for three concerts, featuring performances of Sibelius’ Seventh, Shostakovich’s Fourth and Mahler’s Ninth Symphonies. Throughout the journey, travelers will enjoy spectacular concerts; exclusive, insider activities, and special opportunities to mingle with CSO musicians. The tour also includes time in Berlin, where patrons will branch off from the Orchestra’s itinerary to enjoy the city’s rich history and renowned cultural institutions.
More details to come.
During the final leg of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra’s Europe 2024 Tour, a group of patrons joined the Orchestra in Vienna, Budapest, Milan and Rome.
