RUSH Seating
RUSH seating is general admission for any available seat shortly before the doors to the main floor are closed, or, at the first early seating pause. RUSH patrons should look for the Ticket sales representative in the lobby and follow their instructions. Seats are not confirmed. If a confirmed ticket holder should show up for a seat in which a RUSH patron is seated, the RUSH patron is requested to quietly move to a vacant seat or see the Front-of-House manager or Ticket sales representative in the lobby for assistance. Although it is highly unlikely, if a patron does not find a seat on the main floor, he/she may refund his/her ticket at the box office. Student Tickets

Single Tickets for Senior Citizens
Symphony Center is happy to provide a reduced price option for senior citizens. Eligibility is restricted to anyone 64 years of age or more.
These specially priced tickets may only be purchased with cash at the Box Office only on the day of the performance (after 5:00 p.m.; 12-noon for matinees). Tickets are subject to availability and offered at the discretion of management. A valid ID that identifies eligibility for this offer must be presented at time of purchase. Patrons may inquire about availability by calling (312) 294-3000 on the day of the performance. Only one ticket per eligible individual may be purchased at these special prices.
Single ticket prices for senior citizens (day-of-concert only) are $20 for Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Center Presents classical concerts. If senior discount tickets are not available for a particular performance, remember that the CSO has very affordable main floor reserved seats in the $25-$30 range for advance purchase for most CSO concerts.
