John Williams returns to Symphony Center after his sold-out performances in 2008 for a tribute to the legendary movie director Sir David Lean, hosted by actor Michael York, and selections from his magical Harry Potter scores. With a career that spans six decades, Williams has composed many of the most famous film scores in history. This spectacular concert will feature specially selected film clips on the big screen with live performances of familiar and notable scores performed by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
