The versatile Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, led by trumpeter Wynton Marsalis, celebrates jazz’s large-ensemble tradition by performing a vast repertoire of masterpieces by legends of the genre. Composed of 15 of today’s finest soloists and ensemble players, the orchestra is known worldwide for its stylistic authenticity and dynamic sense of swing, which few big bands can match today.
